Have been banking with Wells Fargo for a couple years now and it seems like they find more ways to tack on fees.
So tired of finding these hidden fees that keep getting tacked on just to use my debit card. Will change banks soon.
The only reason they get a 2 star experience is because they are at least friendly, but as far as service goes.... these people have their heads up their arses. Have had them for 4 months and that is as long as I will keep them. I asked the lady there if she could fax a letter to me and she asked me if it was t Wells Fargo I said no it was to the place that is foing to direct deposit money into your bank. Well apparently Wells Fargo does not have the ability to fax. The only thing they have access to is to fax another Wells Fargo. I highly doubt that is the case. To bad I do not have a BNC branch here, they always went the extra mile in any way to help out their customers. They helped me out with printing emails, faxing, faxing things not even bank related as well. That is what customer service is all about. Not WELLS FARGO.
I travel a lot and this is the first wells fargo that won't do a cash advance with a competitors debit card. Called corporate and they said that every branch does/should.
I don't bank with Wells Fargo but I'm glad I don't! I get regular checks made out to me from this bank and it's always an issue for my bank to verify and even when I try to cash at a Wells Fargo bank, the process in which they verify is ridiculous. You have one bank saying money is there but the next bank in another town unable to verify when the deposit was all cash to begin with... just a headache all the time. They need a new system!! This is a review for the south Minot location but the Dickinson location is the bank that never answers the phone for other wells Fargo banks to verify!!
