1 bartender for a huge crowd, and dont order mixed drinks they dont regular serve without a $20 in your hand or they wont make them. Ive been to a lot of busy hole-in-the-walls before so Im ok with the super tiny bar area, but you shouldnt have to wave a $5 bill around for 10 mins to get a single beer.
