Poor diagnostic skills..they specialize in swapping parts (they own a salvage yard too, which is good and bad). I was pleased for most visits but that last one was a terrible experience. They had my car for over a week, never let me know how where they were at, was told they will "try one more thing" repeatedly. Finally, they Ron said "sorry can't figure it out, it's done, let us take it from you - we'll be nice and just charge you $600 for labor." TREX was able to fix it and I was able to sell my vehicle for $1300 over 6 months ago with no complaints from buyer. Anyone who asks me about auto repair in Dickinson, gets my true story because I don't lie. I'm not saying dont go there- I'm just saying I'LL NEVER GO BACK.

Unlike Capital RV Bismarck, ND, and giving that business a 1 star (read my review on their FB page) I am giving this business a 5 star. We had a blow out on our 5th wheel camper that we had purchased the week before from Capital RV after only driving about 170 miles with it on I-94. Jordan came to our assistance and was so kind and considerate. He quickly replaced the shredded tire with the spare and got us on our way. He had a smile on his face and helped to de-stress the situation for us.
