It has been three years since they delivered a very badly scratched fridge without any action following numerous complaints. The last time I spoke with them they reported new doors were ordered. That was a year and a half ago.
Sales/office staff are friendly when you are buying but cop an attitude when you need them later on.
I bought 2 fridges from here. I learned if you have any issues speak directly to management they will handle it right away and they are very understanding and easy to deal with.
I ordered an agitator for my washer on Monday and they said it would be in the next day. I called on Tuesday and Wednesday, it wasn't in and they didn't seem to care. On Thursday it still wasn't in. Friday they call and say it should be in on Monday. I get the call on Monday, they hand me a mangled box. I open it and see several yellow stains on my 'new' part! They claim it was from manufacturing. I will never use Fleck's for any reason again!
Field service man is great. Place is pricey.
