Terrible terrible terrible customer service. For two weeks i tried and tried to get an appointment and the one time i finally got it, the day i was supposed to go they freaking cancel on me, ME! Didnt give a reason, didnt say why, and they say they accept walkins but god forbid you show up two hours before closing cause they are never there and their doors are always closed. This is the worst place i have ever even tried to provide buisness too, you would be wasting your time with them
I give Posh an excellent review. I have had many excellent cuts, color and eyebrow waxes here. They do a professional job every time and listen to my wants and needs. I also live about 2 hours away and choose to travel that far for my salon services to have them done at Posh. There are a few others who travel this far too to go to Posh. Referring to the previous review, I noticed that you did not state whether the initial color was done at Posh or elsewhere. If you want a salon to drop everything and not charge for a corrective color, you need to go back to the inital salon that screwed it up. Also, their prices might seem high at first but you are paying for the quality of services. I have compared their prices to other salons here in Bismarck and they are in the ballpark for the quality. I would reccomend Posh to anyone!
Terrible and over priced.... I went in to get the brassiness out of my blonde hair I explained that I don't like golden blonde or strawberry blonde colors but did not want to look washed out and be to blonde I asked for low lights... I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she used one color on my hair and insisted that we leave some of the brassy color as the low light that it would not look red with the new color she told me the price was $94 when she though that I was getting a cut too I explained that I did not want a cut so she dried my hair and it was terrible washed out and lots of brassy chunks I told her that I did not like it and she said we can either put a toner on it or throw some low lights in but I have other appointment's coming in and don't have time to do an all over low light but I can throw in a few on the top and sides I told her to do the low light's and right away her attitude changed.... afterwards the color was still horrible and I told her I was not happy she did not offer to fix and charged me $120 for two colors she said well I gave you a discount because you didn't get a cut ???... when I got to my truck I realized that she left color in my hair and on my scalp there was purple streaks in my hair and on my skin when I washed it out the color was not finished processing the dark blonde low lights that I requested were red I have never felt so ripped off now after $120 I can't even afford to have someone else fix it and I'm stuck.
