The worst thing in the world when you need someone to tell you if you're thinking straight or not, us having them place a clock above where you sit and watch it constantly. There was almost no talking. We sat in silence for over a minute before she said anything at all. There was no help. It was if they thought that by me talking, I would have an epiphany and solve my own problems and walk away feeling great. They didnt offer advice, this felt like it was a glorified $1.99/minute in-person phone service. I was extremely disgusted by their lack of professionalism, lack of qualifications, and over-eagerness to get me back out the door. The way I feel about westwind is that If you need real help, not just someone to listen to you babble, you wont find it here.
