Good food. Horrible customer service. Will never go to that store again.
Poor used app and it changed my order from delivery to pick with out notifying me call store to see what was going on got staff member started out nice then hung up on me for no reason when I was trying to find out why the app changed my order, had to call back to a staff member who answered the phone with an attitude just to find out they dont deliver to my area, poor customer service and this is the last time I will order anything from this store again
Clean fast and tasty Jimmy John's. I'm starting to think Jimmy John's is one of the most consistent fast food chains ever. This one helped prove that.
