Never going back here
Waited fifteen mins for food. No sauce as requested. No cheese for our nachos and no napkins.
Food was good they had 1 guy running drive thrue and front counter so waiting took a little longer.
Last time we came through had us pull forward waited 50 mins and they forgot about us and said we didnt even order.
They really need to rehire everyone here, have some pride. Here at 7am, place is already open for 30 min and nothing is ready. Only breakfast menu this time but their breakfast menu isn't displayed through drive through so I need to pull it up online, only cash available, their card reader has been down 2 weeks now. I think they want it that way so they have a reason to deny most customers so they can just chill outside next to a door that says "do not open". Go to taco Johns people this place doesn't want ur business at all.
Not true to their hours. They are supposed to be open till 2 but would not answer drive through at 12:30 am. We called and they answered and said that they were closed. Save your time and go to taco johns. This Taco Bell is a time hazard let alone health hazard.
Horrible experience. Ordered 2 breakfast combos with my husband and 2 kids. 35 minutes later we received half our order. After politely asking for the rest of our order several times which was only a chip and cheese and 2 hash browns we were left with a clueless cashier and a worn down manager. They need some help at this location. The food that we did receive was made correctly and was good, but be prepared to wait awhile. Might be quicker to make it at home next time!
