I absolutely loved my time at Sierra Ridge. Beautiful community, great office staff and maintenance is on point. I highly recommend this amenity rich apartment community.
We have had a great experience with Sierra Ridge. The staff has always been ready to help with a smile on their face. If we had an issue, they addressed it quickly. The apartments are spacious and have lots of storage. I would happily recommend them.
Too many fees you have to pay compared to other competitive apartment homes. Besides that, it is serene peaceful and beautiful.
It was good at first, $1600 for the small single bed and garage was as cheap as I could get at the time. The room I moved into was dirty, stains all over and something must have blown up in the microwave and the garbage disposal never worked. The building was built poorly, the building settled and the doors wouldn't close. The fitness center was great until some weights got stolen and the machinery was always broken, one machine was broken for almost a year. Be warned they will lock you in and take every penny from you and god forbid you have to break your lease... you might as well sell your kidneys. With excessive noise, lack of maintenance, lost rent checks, and overcharging you for everything, this is a place to pass on. This is not luxury, it's a nightmare. The bad reviews here are very much NOT an exaggeration. Mallard or Falcon Heights is renting at a far more reasonable rate, give them a look.
I have only lived here for a short period of time, but I love it! Staff is very friendly and they are always helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who prefers the quiet family setting.
