This is a great location, the team in this store is awesome!!! Great Customer Service. They will do you right, you'll be happy you came to this location.
Nothing but pushy salesmen with a bunch of “alternative facts” they try shoving down your throat in order to get you to give up your perfectly good device for less than half of what you paid for it then go into debt on a new device. Heidi literally knows NOTHING about the devices she’s trying to pressure you into buying. Had one saleswoman, Rachel, try arguing with me that her screen resolution on the iPhone X was better than mine when it CLEARLY wasn’t in multiple side by side comparisons right there in the store. Avoid this place like the plague.
This store is amazing they know what there doing, This is the only store I will use in Dickinson all the other Verizon store are shady compared to this store.Excellent people skills and excellent on knowing what they're doing I would recommend the store to everybody thank you

The gal that helped me was awesome. She was perfectly honest about not wanting to sell me something that she knew I would be unhappy with. It's hard to come by people like her- especially when they make commissions
