Went in a little over a moth ago and bought a 2017 Chrysler 300. Kass was very helpful and awesome to work with. If he didn't have an answer to a question he was quick to get an answer from someone who knew. They didn't have the color I wanted but were able to get one from another dealer. We started the paperwork, got approved and not happy with the rate I got, I had asked them to try another bank that I have my personal accounts with. When I came back to finalize the paperwork and pick up the car, I had asked if they tried the bank and was told they did but I didn't get a better rate. After reviewing my credit report I found that they did not try my bank. If I need another vehicle I would go back but I definitely will be finding my own financing.
