Tried buying a camper from them this spring. Found one we liked, made the deal, and drove 200 miles round trip two different times to finalize the deal. But we still could not take the fifth wheel yet, work we requested to be done wasn't even started yet! So a third trip was made and when we got there the camper was a disaster. It was filthy, wax on the carpet, and dings in the paint job! Plus the work we requested was not done! Talked to the owner himself and his exact words were "take it or leave it. It's no skin off my nose!" Needless to say we left it! We would never recommend these guys to anybody! We did buy a new fifth wheel from another dealer and it is awesome! Please don't buy from this company!
So it is my opinion that our company find business elsewhere.
A colleague drove a total of 100+ miles round-trip only to be sent away empty handed. A week later the part was in however they did not have the panel cover?
Customer service and communication leaves little to be desired. I had ordered a re-igniter and panel cover on April 4tH only after repeated attempts. Was given a quote for pickup up on Thursday.
Finest company around. Rod and his team will jump through hoops to make the experience the best it can be, we had a tiny part on our camper fridge that needed to be replaced. Rod treated it like it was a big expensive repair even though the whole thing cost lest than $10!
We had an electrical problem in our Lance trailer. We are on the road from Oregon and our converter stopped working. They helped me through the analysis of the problem and I replaced to converter quite easily. Very grateful for their help!
