The guy at the front desk was rude. I was on the phone with my dad, he was helping me diagnose the problems with my truck. When I walked in I put the phone down and started talking to the person at the front desk who insisted on not helping me until I hung up the phone even though the phone was down by my side and I wasn't talking on it. Turns out they couldn't get my truck in for another 5 days anyways. Not a great experience.
