Great hotel! Nice clean rooms. Quiet. Nice pool and hot tub. Big open lobby area for breakfast. Nice bar. Pool table is a nice touch. Pet friendly. Great location as well. Erica, I think she's the manager, was awesome! Works her tail off.
Clean rooms. Courteous staff. Has a small but effective workout area. Nice clean pool and hot tub. Washer/$2.00 and dryer/$1.00 on the 3rd & 4th floors. Pleasant clientele. Business meeting area and a ballroom. During my stay there was a wedding in the ballroom. Breakfast consisted of waffles, eggs, biscuits, gravy, toast and choice of small juices or water. Parking was abundant but the spaces were a little cramped. Good location near local shopping and restaurant's.
Nice big rooms and clean. Was quiet for a weekend too. They have a new lounge that opened recently. Very nice. Now to get some food available. Access from the interstate is super easy. Very nice hotel. T hats where I stay when I go to Dickinson.
Extended stay customers beware!!!
The laundry machines are both broken. One of the two has been broken for over a month and I have asked for it to be fixed weekly. Now the second is broken so there is not laundry service at this hotel. Hello again. I have just been threatened by the manager. The second washing machine was fixed while the 4th. floor machine remains broken for more than 6 weeks now. When I brought this to his attention tonight (Dirshawn) He offered to return the money for nights not stayed and check me out in the morning. This was not an offer but a threat. I intend to contact the better business bureau and a lawyer if threatened or kicked out. I will also update this review.
The room is incredibly nice, the shower is amazing, the whole building is clean, the staff are kind, the bed is comfortable, and the towels are decently soft. What's not to like? Also it is within walking distance of several fast-food places should the need for some quick food suddenly strike.
TV is the only thing kind of lacking although it is a flat screen with enough channels to provide entertainment should there be no other means. Certainly not enough to deduct a star.
