I received a text before check in asking if I needed anything, and I replied. They then replied saying my requests were accommodated. Then upon check-in, further requests were accommodated. I never got a "no" from any staff.
We stayed 2 nights. Rooms was very clean when we first arrived. Reserved the suite and I loved the kitchenette in the room. It was so nice to have since we have small children. Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choices. The kids loved the pool. The only things I would change is open the pool up before 9:00 AM, more towels in the pool area and turn up the temperature a few degrees. Would stay again!
Nice beds. Interesting pool area. Good channels. I appreciate the mini fridge and microwave in the rooms. Breakfast was decent. Staff was nice and helpful.
The room itself is fine, a little outdated but nothing to complain about. Breakfast was pretty good! The pool alone is worth the visit. Kids loved it for hours and the pool area was warm! Staff was very friensly. Enjoyed it and we are actually returning this weekend! Note: bring swimming towels and Clorox wipes.
There was a fireplace in my room! As well as a tub, with mineral salts provided, which after a long week of work, and then a long drive, a soak was much needed. Everything was clean. Plenty of Power sockets in reach. The only other Choice Hotel to come close to the same level was another Comfort Inn in Gallup, NM.
Best Choice hotel (better then cambria), I’ve ever stayed in. I stayed in Holiday inn night before and felt lot better when I stayed next night in this Comfort Inn. Owner must have spent lot of money to keep this hotel in such an immaculate condition. Free breakfast at it’s best, served with lot of extra items compared to other hotels also served hot breakfast
There's a bunch of cool water fixtures and property features! I only stayed one night, but wish I could have stayed longer. Hopefully I have to drive through the area in the future so I can stay again. 6/5 stars!
Entire hotel is renovated recently which is big plus.
