Terrible customer service. Tried to get help but everyone in there was very very rude. I left and came back another time and they told me they could not help me and that I had waisted there time. There is 2 at&t stores in town and I know we're I will be going from now one. I recommend no one to come here. I am new in town and was very disappointed

Really BAD customer service over there.
I've been an AT&T customer for 10 years. I looked into switching to Verizon and went into their store across the street (by Applebees). Needless to say, I value customer service and will GLADLY stay with AT&T for years to come!!
