I have not a one good thing to say about the service I received at this store. So I will keep the bad things I would love to say to myself.

Really nice people, always really friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone.
I stopped at the store over my lunch break because I was having issues with my phone charging for about the last 2 weeks. I was not greated with a friendly hello but a look of "oh great I have to work." I told the CSR that I was having issues charging my phone. She blew it out and stuck her charger in it. faced it towards me and said " it looks like it's charging now." I asked her how she did it and her response " I plugged it in you must have a bad charger." (Obviously I know how to plug my phone in!!) I then told her that I had tried 4 different chargers and she said "Well I guess they must all be bad." This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. When I got back to work I called Tech support where a nice man named Josh actually ran some internal tests on it and found that I have a faulty charger. They are sending me a new phone and I will not ever be returning to the store again. I highly recommend that the people in the store receive the training to run the scans that Josh did. It would save a lot of bad revues like this one. And maybe greet CUSTOMERS with a smile instead of a look of disgust because you have to get off of your lazy butt.
Staff need to be trained on customer service. Did not have the best experience
