I will start off by saying that I gave the store "good" ratings in quality and appeal only because they're the only music store in town. They're open part of the day (usually when most people are working) and have some things on hand. Their guitar selection has grown fairly well and have been improving on their selection of things like stompboxes. Most of my visits to this store have been a pretty big let down. I've only ever had positive experiences with one of the sales people that work there. His name is Matt and is quite knowledgeable and listens to his customers. The rest don't seem to quite know what they're there for or know really anything about their products. I'll ask if a product is stocked and receive a reply of "No, but we can order it for you." That is great that they offer that, but I can use a computer and the internet. Most likely I can order it as well, and get it much cheaper and quickly. So far, this store has made my Sweetwater Sales Engineer very happy because I'll just call him instead of making the effort to drive to this store.
