Love my new apartment.
If your looking for a place to live, well it is rough around the edges but its a nice community, good people, and an excellent apt complex.
Now i have had problems in my apt with the breaker box and problems with some of the appliances but since this new group came in, i have had nothing but good things come from them. Now granted some of the building is more or less pretty problematic since i moved in.
Beautiful community nestled within a park like setting. Close to everything, hospital/emergency department and excellent health care, close to interstate and more!! Quiet and peaceful.
So in my stay here since Sept. 2015, we have had three ownership changes from roers, to greystar, and now its friedman group.
Vary poor management. But vary nice place to live. They say there pet friendly but they are not. And are they ever going to empty the cigarette receiptics. Gross
Anyone thinking of living here? Look no further
I have had nothing to say about the friedman group except good things. They work with us when we need the help and are very friendly. the maintenance guy is very nice and does a very very good job.
