First time in Dickinson and decided to stop at A&W on our way out of town. Ate inside and the place was absolutely disgusting. It smelled like burned oil and vomit. Everything was covered in grime and sticky. Food came out room temperature even though we were the only people there. And for the cost it was definitely not worth it whatsoever. Went to the restroom to try to wash the grime from the table off of our hands and zero soap! In both restrooms.... Absolutely didn't help that KFC is also in the same location which is absolutely disgusting and made the entire place smell even worse. Absolutely wouldn't go back if someone paid me to! Which is sad because we always loved A&W before the one in our town closed.
The food was average, which is unlike any A&W I have been to before. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Would not recommend.

This place was disgusting! Booths, tables, and floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months! Bathrooms were a breeding ground for germs, and the food was ice cold. Staff was rude and very unprofessional! Don't go there unless you've had your shots! Terrible way to run a business!
Traveling and stop to get Rootbeer and the Rootbeer was hot and melted the ice cream with in One mile we were already on I-94 going east . They should not sell them that way will never stop there again.
