Absolutely horrible service! Food didn't come out all at once and when it all finally came out it was cold. Manager couldn't even come up and say anything. Manager sent waitress to ask if we wanted anything else. We didn't even have the meal that was sent back untouched taken off the bill. We had 2 plates with food on it and we weren't even asked if we wanted boxes. After coming here for 7 years we will never be back.
Im only giving a star because they did take a percentage off the bill for cold food, which was their solution instead of offering to remake the item fresh so that was a disappointment.. I asked for a manager before leaving to point out the color of my hamburger and all he could say is that "all meat is fresh, we go thru about 500 lbs a day" my meat was not fresh and over cooked also ordered off the lunch special menu which states free if not to you in 12 minutes, false it took over 15... First time at this location and it will be the last which is sad because Applebees is our usual eat out restaurant and this is the closest location to us .. :(
It gets 2 stars instead of 1 because the broccoli was good. Ordered 6oz steak with onions and mushrooms and a side of broccoli. First bite was cold as the weather outside in November. Pretty sure they just nuked the whole plate and 40 seconds later it’s warm. Great, the steak was tough as is and now it’s like eating a Michelin. Waitress seemed annoyed with me wanting warm food. Overall disappointing and probably won’t be back for quite some time.
Ran by a bunch of college kids. Food was not cooked well, server never refilled our water or asked how the food was. Dissapointing all around. Workers all were sitting at a table talking trash about a manager or other employees.
Great food. Service can vary. Get place to chat and watch sports.
